I just adore this card, it makes my heart smile each time I see it. It is simple but complicated at the same time. I used lemon drop ink pad and randomly applied that ink to the whimsy wallpaper stamp and applied that to my whip cream card stock. This was a new technique for me and even though I didn’t have full control of the ink on the background it worked in my favor.
I hope you take risks with your inks and enjoy the end results as much as I have.
I adore making these types of bows for my cards, no need to worry about the tails and if they are even. Simply take ribbon and make a loop, then wrao the center loop to complete the look.
The stamps use the 1st and 2nd generation of stamping.
Hope you enjoy your day!

Using this fun stamp set, I stamped out the leaves and the flower on whip cream cardstock then cut them out with our fantastic detail fine point scissors. The thank you stamp was stamped prior to mounting the die cut card with the foam dots. I layed the card panel over the folded card and stamped. YES! It was that simple. Added the simple flower in the corner really made this card pop.
Thanks for looking and I hope you are inspired to make something yourself this week.
This is one of my favorite sets, it is so veritile and that cute label stamp is so fun! I used the tecnique of second generation stamping, for the lighter colors directly over the leaves. I cuto out the other flowers and popped them up with foam squares. I have to admit, I did that because I was too lazy to do any masking. The sponge effect really pulled those sequins into the center point of the card.
Hope you enjoy the card and are imspired to make your own card this week.
This is such a fun technique, I stamped the image in our pigment whip cream ink and embossed with clear powder. Used our wonderful matching dies to cut out the butterfly. Added the strip of the pattern ribbon really made this pop off the page.
Hope you enjoy this quick and simple card and it inspires you to make something.
This is one of my go too cards when I am in a hurry for a thank you. It would work well for any sentiment in theory. The thank you stamp is popped up on foam squares and the heart has journey glaze and glitter added to it for an extra special fancy effect.
I loved how the stamp of the month image fit perfectly with the crowns. I used the journey glaze mixed with glitter on a few of the jewels of the crown and enjoyed the layering to finish the look of this card.
